What Is Their Service Like?
I am helping my parents review their insurance because they have not compared their policy in several years. We found alpha insurance company while looking through different options. Before we contact anyone, I wanted to ask if people here have dealt with them. How responsive are they when customers have questions? Have you had to make a claim with them? We are trying to look beyond the price and understand what the company is like to deal with after you become a customer.
